Hello fraaands! Glad you are here to share in Farmhouse Friday 386. I still have spring fever (like most of us) so this week’s features are spring DIY’s. We have time to create at least one or two of these fabulous recommendations!
If you missed this week’s Lifestyle of Love post, you should check it out. We shared vintage/antique lamp ideas and my word, you won’t believe the creativity!
How To Create The Easiest Vintage Lampshade Ever!
FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 386
Just think of all the possibilities using beautiful rice paper. That’s what Natalie and Taylor from A Ray of Sunlight did when they decoupaged this bench. What a way to put some personality in it! So cute.
Have you seen the price of faux cabbage in the stores? It’s crazy expensive! So when I saw this decorative cabbage DIY from Rachel at The Ponds Farmhouse, I was all kinds of giddy! I’m looking forward to making these with my friends. Happy spring to us!
If this doesn’t give you all the spring feels, I’m not sure anything will. I love the idea of using wreaths as centerpieces and this one has extra fun DIY’s inside. Make sure and pop over to Thistle Key Lane to see all of Michelle’s ideas!
I’ve seen a lot of ideas lately using moss and this Bunny is at the top of my cuteness scale. Michele from Vintage Home Designs shared the how-to and the secret to what’s underneath! Hoppity hop over and see for yourself the DIY. I love this for spring decorating!
FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 386 PARTY GUIDELINES:
- Your style does not have to be farmhouse nor do you have to live in a farmhouse to link up. We’d like to see linkups like: Home DIY and Décor ~ Gardening ~ Crafts and Sewing ~ Recipes ~ Homesteading.
- It doesn’t matter how old your post is but please link your posts here only once.
- The party runs from 6 AM, CST on Friday and ends at 11:59 PM, CST on Monday.
- We aren’t requiring a link back to this party, but if you do, thanks! That’s mighty nice of you.
- A Link Party is a great way to grow your blog so please don’t post and run. Show some love by visiting and pinning (from the original post) what you find interesting.
- By linking up, you get a chance to be featured here at next week’s party and across our social media accounts which includes the Farmhouse Friday board on Pinterest!
- When you link to this party, you permit us to share your posts and pictures via social media and as features, roundups, etc. with a link back to your post or a link back to this party on the week your post is featured.
- Thank you friends. We can hardly wait to see what you’ve been up to!
Thanks so much for this fabulous Friday link up, Cindy! So many fun features to check out… I’m really itching for spring to arrive now! Have a great weekend!

I think so too Debra. Bring on the spring! Thanks for linking up. You are much appreciated!
Our temps are warming up next week, so there will be some melting going on; yay! When we feel 40’s in MN, we start pulling out the shorts;) Taps in the maple trees are going in on Sunday; starting another sapping season:) Yep…Spring is on it’s way! Thanks for hosting, friend!

Besides being so funny that you’d pull out the shorts at 40 degrees, I love hearing about the maples trees. When we went to VT last year, it was interesting to see and hear all about the acres and acres of tapped trees. We brought so much syrup (and cheese) home in a special carry on bag then realized we could buy it online. LOLOLOL! Thanks Lora. Happy Friday.
Cindy,
My Link Ups for today’s party are # 37, 38 and 39!
It was 18 degrees here in NEPA the past 2 mornings so Spring is far away here…….
Thanks so much for hosting this charming party!!! I truly do appreciate it as I do know the time involved with it….I hope you and your family are well and enjoying your week!
Hugs,
Deb

We’ve been down in the teens at night here too Debbie and have to drip all the faucets that are on an outside wall. Like our bathroom. Do y’all have to do that there? Thankfully, even though it’s super cold, the flower and trees are itching to bloom and we’ll see some eventually! Plus get the allergy medicine out. ๐ But I’ll take it! Hope you have a fun filled weekend. Thank you.
Cindy, thank you for hosting this wonderful linkup! Happy Friday~ ๐
