Spread the love

Howdy Folks and welcome to Farmhouse Friday 385.  I’m so happy you’re here.  Whatcha doin’ for Valentine’s Day?  We always wait and go after the rush so we’ll celebrate while in Arkansas this weekend.

We aren’t taking this trip because we love AR.  It’s beautiful during autumn but this trip is all about helping some friends unpack, hang curtains, and decorate the house.  My Valentine’s gift is being able to help her love her home.  Woohoo!

Now that Valentine’s Day is over, our featured theme this week is Spring Fever!  Beware, I might have the fever for weeks to come!  😉

FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 385!

Birch logs stacked with moss and red, green and blue wireIf you want a great idea to transition wintery birch logs into spring flowery looking logs, check this out.  Missy from Sonata Home Design shares how to make them.  So fun!

seed packets and seed starter pots in a windowMelynda from Scratch Made Food For Hungry People shared how to make easy seed starter pots.  I love this idea and think now is a good time to start.  I bet they’ll be ready for planting by the time the snow melts!  Try it!

green bottles, plates, and other china on glass shelvesGreen is the perfect color for spring decor.  Don’t you think so too?  Okay, maybe yellow, pink and blue are as well.  But MaryJo from Masterpieces of My Life did a stunning job of styling her china cabinet for spring.  I love everything in it!  So many treasures!
