Happy holidays and welcome to Farmhouse Friday 377! It’s hard to believe that Christmas is just a few days away. Are you finished shopping? I’ve wrapped the last gift but still need to find a couple more stocking stuffers. I decided a few weeks ago to take in the season and enjoy it. The only reason I am getting to do that is because I decorated the house before Thanksgiving. I caught serious flak for it but whose smiling now?! ME!
This week we had six pages of links! I thought about featuring Christmas tablescapes because there were so many pretty ideas. Then I loved the gift ideas. And the DIY’s were fabulous too! But my stomach heart stopped on the oodles of recipe ideas just in time for Christmas baking. Y’all! Check these out then go back and look at the rest of the entries from Farmhouse Friday 376! They are amazing!!!
FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 377
I didn’t think anything could top peppermint bark or the peppermint shake at Chick-fil-a but I think this might do it! Jen at The Cincy Shopper shares the recipe for a festive Candy Cane Pie. Hop over and pin it. You’ll be a hit this year when you slice this up!
I’ve always wondered how people bake these stained glass cookies and now I know! Ann from Ann’s Entitled Life shows us how easy it is. We will look like quite the professional bakers, if you ask me. So cute!
Who doesn’t want to see these ginger pancakes by Kristy at Mommy Hates Cooking on Christmas morning?! I’d have to pour syrup inside each gingerbread man shape before I ate a bite! Such a fun idea!
Can a cookie be stunning? Well I guess so. Here’s proof! Can you imagine the ooh’s and ahh’s you’d get from the partakers? I think these Springerle cookies from Garden Feast might need to be served in a crystal box! Thank you Ang for sharing the recipe!
One more for the week. We are having a party this weekend and I can hardly wait to show up with these fun Christmas Charcuterie Skewers! They’ll be a hit. This was shared by Emily from Hunny I’m Home. Pop in and see how easy they are to make. So fun!
Thank you everyone for joining in each week. You really are amazing! Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 377 PARTY GUIDELINES:
- Your style does not have to be farmhouse nor do you have to live in a farmhouse to link up. We’d like to see linkups like: Home DIY and Décor ~ Gardening ~ Crafts and Sewing ~ Recipes ~ Homesteading.
- It doesn’t matter how old your post is but please link your posts here only once.
- The party runs from 6 AM, CST on Friday and ends at 11:59 PM, CST on Monday.
- We aren’t requiring a link back to this party, but if you do, thanks! That’s mighty nice of you.
- A Link Party is a great way to grow your blog so please don’t post and run. Show some love by visiting and pinning (from the original post) what you find interesting.
- By linking up, you get a chance to be featured here at next week’s party and across our social media accounts which includes the Farmhouse Friday board on Pinterest!
- When you link to this party, you permit us to share your posts and pictures via social media and as features, roundups, etc. with a link back to your post or a link back to this party on the week your post is featured.
- Thank you friends. We can hardly wait to see what you’ve been up to!
Thank you for the party! Merry Christmas!

Thank you Amy! Cheers to a very Merry Christmas!
Cindy,
I usually always decorate the house before Thanksgiving but I feel behind this year with everything that happened this year with Joe’s illness and passing. That put me behind and things got a bit away from me but I am giving myself Grace with it…It has surely been quite a year….Glad you stuck to your guns and got it done before Thanksgiving as it does make things so much easier and more enjoyable…
Merry Christmas to you and your family!!!
Thanks so much for hosting!! I really appreciate the time and effort that goes into it along with visiting all the links!! I hope you are enjoying your week and you are doing well…
Hugs,
