Y’all, Sunday is the first official day of fall!!! Woohoo! I’m really hoping Mother Nature gets the memo so I can pack up the fan. It’s annoying having to tote that thing around like a bag of hammers, especially when you are sweating as soon as you exit the shower. Be glad you don’t have an image of that! Welcome to Farmhouse Friday 366.
The theme this week for the features is – nature inspired. I could choose only 4 features but there was so much more to see. Like a nature inspired home tour, family outing ideas, tons of recipes with pumpkins, etc. The list goes on. If you missed seeing the links at the party, check them out. You will be inspired for days!
Rework Last Year’s Decor for a New Fall Look – Home Tour
And if you missed the Fall Home Tours on Wednesday, please go back and check them out. There were 11 homes in all and each one is worth the time spent staring at the screen with your mouth open wide. I’m serious!
Farmhouse Friday 366!
Let’s start our nature features with God’s good food. Check out this delicious looking Acorn Squash done in the air fryer by Kristy at Air Fryer Fanatics. I think my family would love this! Especially during the holidays.
And wouldn’t that acorn squash look amazing sitting on transferware with a homemade acorn napkin ring?! I loved this idea. They can be whatever you need – elegant or casual. Cindy at Cloches and Lavender shares how to make these cuties. Pop over to see how easy it is!
Rachel from The Ponds Farmhouse shares how any table can become a cozy space with just a little effort. I could hang out here all day! Hop over to see what you need to make this happen and how you’ll be the next talk of the town when you do. Gaaah! So pretty!
Can you imagine walking up to a porch and seeing this fabulous REAL hanging tree branch? It would be a while before I even got to the door! See how Missy from Sonata Home Design did it s she shows you how to make one for yourself. Talk about a statement piece! Wowza!
FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 366 PARTY GUIDELINES:
- Your style does not have to be farmhouse nor do you have to live in a farmhouse to link up. We’d like to see linkups like: Home DIY and Décor ~ Gardening ~ Crafts and Sewing ~ Recipes ~ Homesteading.
- It doesn’t matter how old your post is but please link your posts here only once.
- The party runs from 6 AM, CST on Friday and ends at 11:59 PM, CST on Monday.
- We aren’t requiring a link back to this party, but if you do, thanks! That’s mighty nice of you.
- A Link Party is a great way to grow your blog so please don’t post and run. Show some love by visiting and pinning (from the original post) what you find interesting.
- By linking up, you get a chance to be featured here at next week’s party and across our social media accounts which includes the Farmhouse Friday board on Pinterest!
- When you link to this party, you permit us to share your posts and pictures via social media and as features, roundups, etc. with a link back to your post or a link back to this party on the week your post is featured.
- Thank you friends. We can hardly wait to see what you’ve been up to!
Thanks for hosting – and happy almost-fall!

Great. I look forward to seeing them. Happy weekend!
We’ve had nice cool weather this past week… but Sunday promises 84 and then goes up until Saturday. HOWEVER, it’s still better than the 105 we saw week before last for several days! Baking pumpkin choco chip muffins this afternoon, and taking pics! Woot!
