Spread the love

Good day friend and welcome to Farmhouse Friday 364.  😉  I hope you’ve had a wonderful week.  I read something the other day that I liked.  It said, “Don’t count the days, make the days count.”
― Muhammad Ali.  That changed my perspective a bit.  Each day I start out intending to glorify the Lord in all things but somewhere along the way, I fail.  I used to say, well there’s always tomorrow but now that I’m older, I don’t think that’s the case.  I think it’s because I’ve started my birthday month and counting the years around the sun has put me in deep contemplation lately.

Bleh.  Enough about that!  There’s only a couple more weeks until it’s officially fall.  And whether or not Mother Nature obliges us, I’ll be outside making the outdoors work seamlessly with our indoors!  Who’s with me?!

If you struggle with Negative Nellies in your life or need a little encouragement when it comes to decorating with pieces you already have, read my last post.  I hope it lifts your spirits.  It did me!

FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 364!

Y’all, I must be hungry because our theme this week is pumpkin desserts.  Maybe it has something to do with my birthday cake but either way, are you craving a new recipe or some sugar?  I got you.

Things are good here. Our wedding anniversary was yesterday and will celebrate this weekend by going to Junklahoma. LOL. Not sure what it is all about but a road trip is always a fave thing to do. Enjoy those grandbabies! Thank you Debbie

I love the post, Appreciating the Home Décor You’ve Had for Years. It is so easy to get caught up in always using (and buying) “new” that we forget about what we already have, enjoy and actually miss if we don’t put it out to enjoy. Thanks for hosting, I appreciate it.

Happy belated birthday Cindy. The pumpkin goodies look so yummy. I’m having my first pumpkin spice latte of the year today. Thanks for having us over, have a great weekend. I’m pinning the GF dump cake.

I pinned that too Debra. The recipe looks pretty simple and that’s what I’m all about since I don’t really like to cook. I have to be in a mood to bake as well. Wish I would have gotten that gene. Baking, dancing, and singing – even just a little would be nice. Enjoy that PSL! I’m jealous! Thank you for the birthday wishes too. 🙂
