Howdy friends, Happy Easter, and Welcome to Farmhouse Friday 341! I hope you are ready for Easter. I’ve been reminiscing this week about the Easter outfits we had when we were younger. My mom used to dress my sister and me alike all the time. People would ask if we were twins. We don’t look alike. We are 2 years apart and we didn’t have a choice regarding our clothes. Every year our pictures were taken either in the tree or in front of the rose bushes and I always had a rose tucked behind my ear. Not sure why but you gotta love the old family photos (insert rolling eyes).
At least we didn’t have fights with the cat like my husband’s family. He and his sister tell me of those lovely times and I crack up laughing imagining that whole scenario.
Whatever y’all are doing to celebrate the Lord’s resurrection, I hope it makes you stop and ponder how blessed we are. And if you know someone that is alone on Sunday, invite them in. Generosity isn’t just at Christmas time.
5 Reasons Container Gardening could be for you!
If you missed the Pinterest Challenge this week, it had gobs of container gardening ideas. Click here to check it out. Now let’s see this week’s fabulous features!
FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 341
We can’t let this creative idea go by without a shout out. You’ll never guess what these are made out of. Hop over to Steph Creates and see for yourself her creativity. So clever!
I stared at this for a very long minute for 2 reasons. One, I’ve always wanted a spice drawer and two, because what the heck is Mural of Flavor or Caraway Seed? If you want to make this rack too, Morgan and Sean at Charleston Crafted can show you how. Yes please!
Tanya from Twelve-O-Eight has created a beautiful spring home with lots of inspiration. And with so many thrifted finds! You’ll want to stop in and see for yourself just how beautiful it is. Love it!
I had no idea you could do anything other than put a bad lemon in the garbage disposal. But Wendy from WM Design House has lots of ways to repurpose your spent lemons! Is it weird that now I want mine to go bad? ๐

It’s the clothes and “posing” that crack me up the most about old photos. LOL! Happy Easter Amy.

I don’t get the fascination with dressing kids alike. But I have to admit one year our son (then 3) was dressed like my husband. They looked so cute in their seersucker pants and vests. I wonder if I could get him to do that now? Ha! Never. Have a great weekend Shelley!
Happy Easter, Cindy!
