Welcome Friends to Farmhouse Friday 324! You may be tired of me talking about my obsession with weather but this should be it for a while. We finally feel like fall! Yippee! For a minute there I thought Texas would beat out Arizona for the longest hottest season ever in the history of ever – heavy applause around here. π
If you missed my last couple of posts, here a little nudge to help you along with that. One is for those that want to stick with Autumn and the other is for those ready to add Christmas joy around the house.
5 Autumn scenes around the house for my heart’s happiness
It’s November 2 and my house still looks like this but I’m not sure for how much longer. With the chilly nights and chili in the crock pot, I’m not sure how much longer I can hold off on digging out a Christmas tree or two. And thank you so much for the sweetest comments. You make my days so much brighter.
You’ll love using fresh greens in these 10 fun spots for Christmas!
For those itching for something different, I shared several ways to add FREE fresh greens for a cozy home this Christmas season. Check them out!
FARMHOUSE FRIDAY 324
Let’s check out the awesome features from last week’s Farmhouse Friday 323.
I think Stephanie from Crazy Little Love Birds has saved us and killed 2 flies with one slap. She shared how to make these adorable Thanksgiving place cards which I think the kids would love making too. You’re welcome. π
For those who like to thrift, MaryJo from Masterpieces of My Life found a winner and changed it to fit her style. Another perfect idea just in time for Thanksgiving!
I bet not many of you (like me) haven’t thought of this fabulous idea. π Check out this charcuterie board with grilled cheese sandwiches from Kelli at 3 Boys and a Dog. I can hardly wait to do this! So fun.
Libbie from A Life Unfolding has a beautiful idea that I think not only makes for a pretty table, but would make a fantastic gift idea as well! Just look at that. I want one! Hop over for a PIN.
