It’s FriYay and time for Farmhouse Friday 285! I always love all the inspo I get each week. This last week I was so inspired for Valentine/Galentine’s Day that I have a trip planned to Hobby Lobby tomorrow. We’ve had frozen streets for a few days now and I’m itching to get out but I’m a full fledged Texan and have no clue how nor a desire to drive on icy roads. I’ll leave that to all the northerners that have moved here.

I had no idea a book club could be so much fun and so pretty! Look at this table from Jen at Midwest Life and Style. She has so many great ideas for a book club brunch. Wish I lived close to her, I’d join in!
Here’s another reason why I was so inspired this week. I’ve never even heard of pancakes in a mug but wowza, it looks scrumptious! You can find the recipe at Spaceships and Laser Beams. So fun!
This DIY ought to give our winter blues the boot for sure! Check out Lora’s upcycled wheel art project over at Lora Bloomquist – Create and Ponder. She is seriously so clever. Love this!
Who says Valentine’s Day has to be all hearts with a pink and red overload? I cannot get over this fantastically romantic table by Karin at Karins Kottage. And it’s not just the gorgeous cake either!
