Hello Friends! I’m excited to share a fun spring mantel with moovelous new art work with you. It really brightens up the mantel in the dining room and allows me to use my favorite color in another spot. Yep, you know it… Pink!
A fun spring mantel with moovelous new art work!
This is a sponsored post but all opinions are my own. For full details, see Disclosure Policy.
I’ve been searching for a large cow print for years and always came up short. But when Photowall reached out and said they had over 14 thousand motifs, I was all in. I couldn’t imagine looking at that many canvas prints and not finding what I needed.
Easy steps to putting frame together
After gawking at the wallpaper and wall murals for a while, I finally smacked myself and got back on task. It took days to go through the choices and I didn’t even get through them all before I found “Ms. Stovall”. That’s what I’ve named her because the look on her face reminds me of a school teacher I once had. She’d give us the same look when we didn’t answer correctly.
Final Steps to putting frame together (hardware and hanging hardware included in order)
But unlike school, as Ms. Stovall hangs there with her condescending smirk looking down at us while we stuff our faces with steaks and baked potatoes, it no longer bothers me. I’m grown and she can’t do a thing about my lack of knowledge for the periodic table. Although, this Ms. Stovall is probably thinking we should be eating more chicken.
In a few days when we have beef again, I’ll tell her it was the mean cousin she never liked and she needs to get over it. π
Just look at her. Isn’t she adorable?
Not only was I able to order the exact size I needed and how I wanted the edge to look, it was so easy to put together. It comes disassembled but as we were putting it together, it kinda made me feel like a real artist. It took us 5 minutes to do after I watched the short how-to video. And if I can do it, anyone can. Seriously.
I can see my new moovelous canvas print hovering up there most of the year. I’ll switch her out for Christmas or move it somewhere else in the house if I want a change but she’s a keeper. Who knew Ms. Stovall would be in my thoughts after 30 years?! And nope, I still haven’t memorized nor do I need the periodic table in my life as she said we would.
How about a 25% discount on any product they have?!
Anyway, I would encourage you to take a looksee at Photowall. The mural and wallpapers are fantastic. Y’all – you can even turn your own photo into wallpaper! Can you imagine that? Once I’ve done a little more traveling and taken a few fabulous pictures, I’m doing just that. I would love a personal photo on my wall. Talk about feeling artsy! Do you have a photo of an English countryside or a gorgeous sunset on a beach somewhere that you’d like made larger? Maybe you have a fun photo of the grandkids or precious fur babies you want in a poster size? The choices seem endless with Photowall. When you figure it out or find what you want, use the code countyroad25 for a nice 25% discount! It’s only good for a month so don’t dilly dally!
Once I hung the farmhouse friend over the mantel, I knew exactly what accent color I wanted to use. You probably think I need to calm down with the pink but I can’t! The pink blossom stems are from Michael’s. I got the tulips from a market years ago but here’s a similar link for pink tulips. Then to finish off the spring mantel, I used moss, small gardening pots, galvanized cups, buckets (similar) and greenery from Hobby Lobby. All of it from last year except the moss, it continues to grow and annoy the Mister.
The simple spring centerpiece on the table puts a giant smile on my face when I see it. Those chubby bunnies from the At Home Store are going to my favorites for a long time. There were two sizes and mine are the larger size but the link is for the smaller size. The lanterns were from last year too and I found them at HomeGoods. I know this spring decor will be used all over the house for years to come.
Well that’s my fun spring mantel with moovelous new art work. What do you think? I’ve got my cow canvas print, my favorite accent color and feel I’m all springified – woo hoo! I’m ready for guests so come on over!

I give Photowall 5 stars and if you haven’t noticed, I’m kinda picky. π
We are ( disturbingly ) a lot alike. I have always been told I am too blunt , not to hurt anyone’s feelings and this year I decided no more little white lies since they are a sin. Look out world. I have also been looking for a cow print and will look where you did.

Well Miss Daisy, same here but if we are a lot alike, then we are fabulous! π Although my tongue is my nemesis and believe me, there are plenty of holes in it from the biting, I too try and never hurt anyone’s feelings. But I’m still learning control.
Thanks for the visit today and I hope you find your cow print! I’ve decided to take a photo of Scout and Sherlock (our donkey and Mustang) after a bath and have a print made. Love it!
Mrs. Stovall! I love it! She was very serious about her Chemistry that is for sure.
Love the cow print. I will have to check out the website

Good ol’ Ms. Stovall. LOL. There are so many beautiful ideas that you’ll get caught up quickly in the scroll! Hope you find something you like. Y’all have been to some fabulous places and you have lots of wall space. Hint hint. π
Love it… and the joke about eating more chicken made me giggle out loud… you always do! So glad you found a heifer with a blushing shnozz to satisfy your pink personality! Your mantel looks lovely!
Author
Ha ha Julie. I laughed because every time I hear the word heifer it seems negative. I prefer cow. Although that seems a little derogatory too I suppose. At least she’s a beaut! Thank you. π
Well, Cindy, this is moovelous indeed! I really love the soft colors in this cow print. Iβve seen others that are much bolder, and I am in love with the softer color palette in this one. It complements your beautiful spring decor so well!
Author
Thank you Crissy. That’s been my issue all along. I see so many prints with bright colors that just didn’t work. Glad to have found her. Hope your spring is off to a grand start?!
You are so funny! I always laugh when I read your posts. I LOVE Ms. Stovall and the pink accessories. Just perfect. Thank you, Cindy!
Author
LOL Miche, thank you. I just say it like it is. Or as it comes out which isn’t always the best idea. Ms. Stovall is a keeper for sure. Happy Spring!
Love the cow print! What did you have to put together? Can you just order the canvas without having to put something together?
Author
We needed to put the wood frame on the back of the canvas but no, you can’t order it already preassembled. You can see the quick and easy steps on the collage photos in the post. I promise, it’s very easy to do! They provide a short how-to video which makes it even easier. Thanks for the visit Debby. Ms. Stovall and I appreciates the love.
When I retired and got older, I decided I could say what I felt in my heart to say. You always make me smile, and your ideas are just marvelous!! I love your cute cow and pretty pink flowers and those bunnies!!!
Author
Thanks Marlene! I know – those chubby bunnies are cuties. Just curious, why did you wait until retirement to say what was in your heart? I’ve never had a filter (sometimes I wish I did) but telling it like it is generally works out best. Although, I’ve been more vocal about things in my later years as well. I think my family gets tired of me saying “life’s too short to do things you don’t want to do”. Oh well!
Cindy, I just adore Ms. Stovall and how you came up with her name – your stories always crack me up! And I love how you coordinated your pink decor with her – itβs perfect for spring!
Author
Thanks bunches Michelle. I think if the real Ms. Stovall were alive today, she’d appreciate the gesture. She loved intimidating people and got a kick out of it. π
This farmer’s daughter loves Ms. Stovall. She looks fabulous over your mantel!
Author
Yay Paula, thank you. I’m looking forward to decorating around her this summer.
I love the cow. I went to Photowall. Clicked on All Convas. Then it wouldn’t let me see All. So I clicked on different topics. Still won’t let me. What am I doing wrong ? Tried the 800 number but they are closed. Thanks for any info.

Hi Linda! When you get to the website Home Page, scroll down until you see “Our Products” then click on Canvas Prints. It may not look like the page changes but scroll down passed the Category Selection and you’ll see them all. There’s about 20 thousand of them! Hope you find something you like. I took several days so I didn’t go crazy!
Mooove on over because I can’t wait to get my hands on some new artwork. I wonder if there is a goat that looks like Mrs. Bone? Truly fabulous!
Author
LOL – Laura! Who is Mrs. Bone? I think a goat print would be adorable. I didn’t think of that. Oh gosh, I could go nuts with the farm animals! Aaaaaahhhh!
This is truly moovelous Cindy! I love the colors in this cow print. Your mantel is just beautiful.
Author
Thank you Kim, that is sweet of you to say. Spring is a great time to bring in bright color and I’m enjoying it! π Thanks for the visit too.
Cindy,
You know Iβm a cow lover. This is so lovely.
Author
I do know that! π Thank you Rachel.
Cindy,
Im sharing this great post on my Sunday Dirt Road Adventures!
Author
You are so sweet Rachel, thank you! I was telling Ms. Stovall today that we planned on having beef again for dinner and she’s was going to have to just get over it. It was probably the mean cousin she never liked anyway. π
What a beautiful spring mantle. The cow print is absolutely adorable!
Author
Thank you Jen. She will be a longtime fixture around the house for sure. π
This is so stinking cute Cindy! I love the way this all came together and I can’t wait to check this company out too. Every detail is perfection and you know I’m bananas for those pops of pink. Loving and pinning, CoCo

I was talking to Ms. Stovall today. Telling her to change that attitude because we were eating chicken. π Hope you find something you like. Thanks CoCo!
