Who doesn’t love a good pumpkin cupcake with cinnamon cream cheese frosting?!  Well Nancy C share her recipe and I’m thinking because it’s a fruit and it has a “cheese” frosting which is dairy that it must be good enough for breakfast!  Look at it like a muffin.  😉  Yum!
